  6. One thing you need to understand in the USA... if you walk up to some guys and tell them their form is wrong, you're likely to get attacked... I think by now you probably know which ones I mean.

  7. Body builders and power lifters are built very different. Where a powerlifter might be able to lift 10x as much as a body builder, a body builder isn't lifting for weight (unless they don't know what they are doing or it's an overload day), they are lifting to build mass.
