From this discussion one can conclude that UK sees Russia as an inferior country whose right could be trampled upon .This discussion aims to portray Russians as an unintelligent people who don't know their rights. From this discussion I can predict that as far as UK is concerned, there will no no cordial relations between UK and Russia forever. Reason: UK political leadership wants to control if not colonize the Russians. And that will not happen. Agreements should be honoured whether verbal or written. Withdrawal from agreements arbitrarily is a sign of betrayal, unreliability & treachery. I hope my comment will not be blocked or covered.
