  1. Ukrainian civilians have been armed by their president with several millions of lethal weapons. They are now combatants. Armed civilians are as dangerous as soldiers. Hence Russian soldiers are finding it difficult to distinguish between unarmed and armed civilians. This is the reason many of them are targeted. As for rape , no one can independently verify these stories. They maybe staged to discredit the Russian army. After all this media is an anti- Russian media.
