  1. Massive Russian strikes into Ukraine, destroying transport ( railroad) and energy infrastructures. What's the west endgame in all this. A once prosperous country has been lured into a war they can't win even with several hundred billions dollars support from the west. When will the west tell Ukraine to seek peace option. Mistakes have been made by the west. Russia was grossly underestimated. Nobody thought Russia will survive such barrage of western sanctions.Now that the situation is like this, the west should use back channel diplomacy to initiate peace talks to end this war before it degenerates in a nuclear Holocaust. Nobody will gain from such outcome including Ukraine. I believe there are still many wise people in the west who could bring an end to this ugly situation.
