  1. US always use Russia as scapegoat for all its woes. Ranging from alleged cyberattacks, human rights for rebels and all others. Who will Russia directs its complaints to if attacked by state and non state actors. Let the US protect its national assets from criminals and stop blaming Russia for all its woes. Are there lagging in technology to do so? Some time ago US state actors brought down the entire N.korea's cyber infrastructures. And that was legal to the US , but if N.korea retaliates then it will be criminal. They will call them axis of evil and a rogue state . This is criminal and hypocrisy in the part of US.
