  3. ICC is controlled by russophobes who are not neutral but work for the US. Russia is not a party to this institution, never accented to the treaty establishing it. It's therefore an insane decision by the court to issue an arrest warrant for the arrest a nuclear power president. This action by the leadership of the ICC is illegal, irresponsible, knaive and foolish. It shows incompetence and stupidity. This court has lost its credibility and has degenerated into a kangaroo court. This is shameful to say the least
