Russia says very high ranking officers and foreign mercenaries are yet to surrender. They are ashamed to come out. This is a very big embarrassment to Zelensky's masters who have been pouring billions of dollars of lethal weapons to Ukraine. According to western msm propaganda ,Ukraine is winning the war. But this report shows the opposite.
