This terrorists attack on Moscow was sponsored by Intel agents of Russia's enemies.ISIS was created by the west (US) then they abandoned taking orders from the US intel agencies and attacked Iraq & Syria. The US and Russia went after them and destroyed their government & military infrastructures. This people brought down a Russian passenger plane in Egyptian Sinai resort of Sham el shak. In this particular incidence someone in the west recruited them to carry out this attack on Russia because of Ukraine war. Let us pray that this things don't lead to WW3. Nobody will gain from it including Ukraine.
