  1. US caused Russians to lose the war in Afghanistan. They poured billions of dollars of weapons to the Afghan's opposition using Pakistan and Osama bin Laden as their proxies, to fight the Russians.

  2. Thousands and thousands of afgans fleeing their country as US troops leave. That means after twenty years of US presence in the country and trillions of dollars spent, Afghanistan has not been secured from the Taliban. The country faces imminent collapse according to reports. What a colossal waste of resources both human and material. Has US learnt any lesson from this episode? I doubt. Now they want to start another war with Iran, instigated by Israel.
