  2. US invaded Iraq,Libya, Afghanistan and has troops in Syria without Syrian government or UN authorization. Has US paid any reparations to those countries? No. Because the reserve is domiciled in the US they are going to confiscate Russia's frozen assets. This is illegal and stealing. Under which international laws is US doing this?
