  2. Cluster munitions are normally use by the west against those they regard as primitives, inferior race and sub- humans.Russians and Ukrainians are qualified as such. Their lives are not valuable to the Anglo-saxon. They will surely supply Ukraine with these lethal weapons to bleed Russians. Russia's response will wipe out entire Ukrainian army & mercenaries.
