  1. Biden administration is giving cluster munitions to Ukraine in order to stop Russian victory on the battlefield. But this weapon will not prevent Zelensky from losing the war. The Russian army already has credible and effective means to overcome this dangerous bombs.The effect of this munitions will be on civilians many years after the war. US administration wants to decimate the slavic population by killing as many Russians and Ukrainian civilians as possible. However, Russia will still win this war inspite of cluster bombs aid to Ukraine. Cluster munitions will not be a gamechanger to Ukraine.
