  1. US establishment underestimates Russian military strength because they also claim to be light years ahead of Russia in technology. The US erroneously believes that RUSSIANS are primitives, inferior race and sub- humans. They think they will defeat Russia in a direct war. This calculation of the US intelligent community is totally wrong. The evidence in Ukraine proves US wrong.
