Russia should do something to stop the shelling. In the new US rule based world order, Ukraine can commit any crime including bombing the nuclear plant and the west will blame Russia for the disaster instead of Ukraine. The Intel community will report that Russia bombed the facility in order to poison Europe with radioactive material. That putin is a butcher, a killer and a dictator. Russia should know that Ukraine is above the law since they are backed by the west. They must shut down the plant and take drastic measures to stop the Ukrainian shelling.

EU doesn't care about that. They will sanctions Russia more if that happens. They will say Russia provoked Ukraine to do it.
