  1. Those people are tired of living. They have been fighting small countries and winning but now they are being defeated. Russia is winning against 41 NATO and their close allies in Ukraine. Their combine economic war has failed, so they now want to commit suicide by initiating nuclear war with Russia. They don't want to accept defeat so they rather prefer to commit suicide.
