  1. I thought Russia has no cluster munitions. Shoigu says they do. If US gives Ukraine cluster bombs then Russia has the right to rain same on Ukraine's battlefield/ towns , cities and villages. It will be tit- fot- tat. Human rights bodies will not only blame the combatants but also the US for starting the whole saga.

  2. Zelensky will accept & deploy cluster munitions because he not a military expert. He knows only comedy. He doesn't know the devastation this munitions will do in Ukraine especially to civilians . He thinks Russia has no analogs. He doesn't know Russia is an advanced military power and has means to protect its troops from cluster munitions. Russia has many surprises for Zelensky. We will soon see.

  4.  @glennwilcock4593  that's disinformation and fake news. If Russia had used cluster munitions earlier in the war US and UK would have known and would have given Ukraine its western analogs long ago. However UK oposes sending of cluster munitions to Ukraine.
