  1. So the west couldn't stop the Russians from taking over this rotational position of the U.N. security council. US could not use the general assembly to deny Russia this position. They couldn't even invoke the decision of the ICC to kick Russia out. That means U.S. doesn't want to destroy the U.N. security architecture for the sake of Zelensky/ Ukraine. Is this a sign of weakness on the side of United sanctions of America?
