  1. Why is US getting involved in arms limitation agreements with Russia if they believe Russia will not win Ukraine in this war? US has to admit Russia is a super power and encourage Ukraine to go for peace talks. Without western mercenaries, most of them high ranking military personnels and western satellites assistance, Ukraine would have crumbled by now. Russia is fighting NATO not Ukraine in this conflict.
