  1. Russia has taken recent EU & US plans into consideration. Putin is well aware that the west will join this war officially at some point. Then Russia's elite and best trained troops will be mobilized to enter the war. This war will then graduate into WW3. All weapons will be used in this war including nukes. The consequences will be too terrible to contemplate.
