There's nothing Russia will do that will impress the west. The west has a 1000 year plan to destroy Russia. They want to dismember Russia into 30 independent states.They want to cancel Russia with sanctions and proxy war. Russia must also have a 2000 year plan to resist the US& UK. Russia will never enjoy good and peaceful/ healthy relations with the west forever even if it de- nuclearizes its country of all the nuclear weapons.

@jakpanana3938 they did that to poison the Russian population. They could easily release plaques, pathogens, viruses and other deadly diseases into Russia. This is called, Germ warfare.
