  1. Macron' s African policy has failed. Those former colonies want economic policies that favour them not exploitative. Many of those francophone countries are among the poorest countries on earth inspite of abundant mineral resources. France business elites don't give their former colonies a fair share of the resources from these countries. Nobody likes exploitation.
