Western leaders are totally insane. You have sanctioned Russia to death. You're sending billions of dollars worth of weapons to Ukraine to fight Russia. All Russian banks are under sanctions and you claim that Russia is preventing US to inspect Russian new weapons in compliance with salt 2 arms treaty.Russia is facing existential threat from the west then it will continue to engage with US on arms control. Only abnormal persons will think that way. Such treaty is suspended for now until after the war.
