  1. Who authorized this test? The timing of the test is wrong & suspicious. Who is controlling America, the military or the civilians / president? This is warmongering . And that's the reason many people outside US believes there will be no change in US foreign, military, economic and geo- political policies. This weapon's test is meant to threaten US so called adversaries, like China, Russia, Iran, N.korea and other so called axis of evil. Whoever ordered this test is very very irresponsible & reckless. The world needs peace & economic development not conflicts & perpetual wars. Those who ordered this weapon's test are not aware that the larger world wants peaceful co- existence and cooperation on multi-lateral levels.
