  1. Macron having lost mineral rich African former colonies to Russia feels humiliated. Macron is conducting what can be called politics of bitterness. His African policies failed woefully. He is pretending he wants to go to war with Russia. That will not happen. The new US administration will frustrate him. Maybe he also needs some rare earth minerals from Ukrainka as payments for military aid support. He can cut a deal with Russia on that. There are enough rare earth minerals in Russia. UK & US have completely taken the rare earth minerals in Ukrainka.
