We have 1/3rd of the population in working poverty with nurses and teachers using food banks to survive. 27.1 percent of children in the United Kingdom were estimated to be living in relative poverty in 2020 and things have only got worse. We have a national debt exceeding £2.3 trillion which has led to a debt to GDP ratio of over 100%, meaning we can't afford to even pay off the debt instalments. 1 in 10 British people are on the NHS waiting lists because we have a staff shortage of over 100,000.
