Belarus are out of order, having said that the UK has taken in over 2 million Polish immigrants, France have taken over 1 million, Germany and Russia have taken about 400,000 each and the US has taken in around 2.2 million Polish immigrants. By my calculation, they should have room for around 6 million...

The UN Refugee Convention states refugees can legitimately make a claim for asylum in any country after passing through other “safe” countries. Also, they still have to be considered for Asylum even if they get into a country illegally, under international law. Refugees are not illegal and can illegally cross a border and still claim Asylum under international law. As for intelligence, kindly display some before making statements...

  12. @M K lol, All Member States of the European Union are States parties to the 1951 Convention and the 1967 Protocol relating to the Status of Refugees and have thus adopted a refugee definition without any limitations as to country of origin.

I'm simply pointing out Polish hypocrisy, the fact that you are unaware of the EU agreements Poland signed up to, the fact that Amnesty international has caught Poland "illegally pushing migrants back" into Belarus and the fact that refugee status as defined by the UN convention of refugees. These people are being used by Belarus, of that there is no doubt. That doesn't mean Poland can ignore international law that they signed up to in 2004 when they joined the EU. 800,000 Poles have come to Britain since 2004 taking advantage of the EU free movement. But we have a Polish population of 2 million. I have spoken about growing up with a Polish friend, who was the son of Jewish immigrants who came here after Hitler invaded Poland. Yes, I'm also aware of recent legislation enacted by Poland. But you still have to abide by UN conventions and EU legislation you signed up to.
