@AMYV3 Baldwin was the producer, apparently, they complained about unsafe working conditions. It sounds more likely that they were right to walk-off...

@Dimitris_Half The NY times says something similar. Can't hide a labor dispute. This is dodgy as hell, we may never know what happened, but we've heard this story from Hollywood many times before...

@celticsaxon8857 So, He fired at two people who thought the set was unsafe after many members of the crew had walked out earlier that week. Two people with who it's fair to say as producer, he wasn't on good terms. With no reason to be firing a prop gun at them, at the unfortunate time the prop gun was filled with 'a live round' killing one and seriously injuring the other. Use Occam's Razor and a more likely scenario emerges...

Two people with who it's fair to say as producer, he wasn't on good terms. With no reason to be firing a prop gun at directors who were behind the camera, at the unfortunate time the prop gun was filled with 'a live round' killing one and seriously injuring the other. Use Occam's Razor and a more likely scenario emerges...

Do you believe he shot two people behind the camera, by accident, at the importunate moment the prop gun was loaded with "A live round" killing the director and seriously injuring the director of photography with whom its safe to say there was much antagonism?

Killed the director of photography and seriously injured the director, who was presumably behind the camera and therefore not likely to get shot, with "A live round" not rounds...
