If you're going to drink plant milk, make your own. Seeds, nuts, a blender and a nut bag are all you need. Half of these trendy vegan milk replacements are just as bad for you and the planet as regular milk, albeit without the animal cruelty. The biggest drain on nutrients and contributor to bad health is the processing. Buying basic ingredients in their raw form is always better for the environment and your health. Locally sourced, unprocessed foods reduces transport, processing, packaging and labour.
