  1. Sold for a penny on the pound, run into the ground and now they'll either replace it with private enterprise or use it to fleece the taxpayer further. Always happens when they privatize taxpayer owned and funded institutions/infrastructures, bleed it for profit then get the taxpayer to refund it...
