@moiraruff3292 He went against the whip because since Blair with his centrist infiltration of the Labour party they were going against their own Democratic Socialism/Social Democracy ideology. Corbyn has always been ideologically consistent and stuck to Social Democracy even when the leadership turned against their own core historical ideology.

Save repeating this on every erroneous comment I've seen: " The EHRC report clearly showed there was no systemic AS in the Labour party. The 2017 and 2018 parliamentary reports clearly show less AS in Labour compared to the Tory Party, UKIP and society in general. It also clearly shows AS was reduced under Corbyn. The Home Affairs Select Committee of Parliament held an inquiry into antisemitism in the UK in the same year and found "no reliable, empirical evidence to support the notion that there is a higher prevalence of antisemitic attitudes within the Labour Party than any other political party". The reports proved there were higher levels of Antisemitism in the Tory party, UKIP and society as a whole than in the Labour party. Thanks to Corbyn the party enjoyed the biggest swing to Labour since 1945 and he increased membership from around 200k to around 580k which made Labour the biggest party in Europe. Corbyn also turned party finances around to create a surplus within 2 years. He also helped to restart the stalled talks after months of work to enable the prisoner exchange which itself enabled the GFA..." Don't bother replying to me unless you can conclusively rebut any of the information I've provided, I'm not interested in debating tabloid nonsense or personal opinions...

@M2Mil7er Thanks, and agreed the multi-coloured incandescent lens of the media kaleidoscope illuminates misinformation and Tory mythology, most people don't look any further than the pretty colours.
