PS If a security camera records you shoplifting it's not the security guard's fault for switching on the camera and recording your crime!

Can we clear this Ms Fulani thing up? "People are deliberately misrepresenting the debate. Ms Fulani clearly stated at the beginning of the interview that she had no records of her ancestry from Africa. (Her parents were both descendants of slaves taken to the Caribbean under Royal decree as part of our imperialist past) Ms Fulani must have been embarrassed and uncomfortable that her African heritage was denied to her because of slavery and answered questions accurately. Saying that she was born in London and was British. After being further questioned she said her parents came from the Caribbean. In the end, she had to repeat that she is of Unknown African heritage, Caribbean descent and British nationality. This wasn't about being asked a simple question. Lady Hussey has form and so does the Royal household." Hopefully, that has made this a little clearer to everyone...

You're misrepresenting the debate. Ms Fulani clearly stated at the beginning of the interview that she had no records of her ancestry from Africa. @harry.flashman You mean her ancestors who had their feet chopped off if they didn't obey British rules? I'm not sure that particular line of argument works. We were an Empire and transported millions of Africans to America, the Caribbean and many other places. We turned tribes against each other in brutal wars so we could usurp their lands. You can't absolve our history with mention of a collaborator...

@travelwell6049 Farage is suggesting the Palace race row was a set-up and that Ms Fulani recorded the conversation. Even if that was the case, it was still Lady Hussey who directed the conversation. So essentially recording something doesn't change the facts. PS so my views are clear on this: "People are deliberately misrepresenting the debate. @Joeblogs999 Yes I doubt it would be easy to use any device in such company. As I said I'm just defeating Farrage's narrative.

@harry.flashman PS I can't debate someone unaware of history, logic, reason and imperialism. It would be like trying to teach a whale to fly...
2
@stevec700 I didn't say that "As I said it's bad logic anyways." and also "Two wrongs maketh not a right!" The tabloids choose to overlook the actions of the powerful, not me...

@harry.flashman I'm proud of my Welsh heritage and ashamed by English imperialism that stole my language and culture from children in Welsh schools by beating them, despite having 1/4 English ancestry myself. You can be proud of your history and acknowledge the flaws... Nos Da!

@harry.flashman Agreed, let's blame those responsible and not innocents. My grandfather came home from the war and came to live in Wales and married a Welsh woman. Went down the mines and also developed black lung. He then also got Parkinson's disease and had to have a mug with a handle he could put his whole hand through so he could drink without spilling it. Anyways, as I said I'm a council estate lad of 50 years old, my arrogance is feigned as a defence against sealioning. Take care!

Nigel Farage is the Alan Partridge of fash ism. His previous statements and political contributions to the UK have been polarisation, nationalism (not to be confused with patriotism) and self-interest. He's made a lot of money out of being a political oddity.
1
@harry.flashman The British. What's your point? She has no records of her ancestry and her surname is likely to be a chosen name as was common practice when slaves were emancipated.
1
@stevec700 Prince Phillip you mean Lady Hussey's best friend's husband? That isn't helping your case mate. Two wrongs maketh not a right! Birds of a feather, flocketh together. I've gone all Shakespearean for some strange reason...
1
@stevec700 He often wasn't, but Lady Hussey wasn't King/Consort/Prince at the time. As I said it's bad logic anyways.
1
@stevec700 Her family were transported to the Caribbean, she would be in Africa if slavery had never happened and would be aware of her true heritage. Your lack of logic and reason makes debate impossible...
1
@thinkingallowed7042 Agreed. Right-whinge think tanks are rewriting history and defecating their cognitive diarrhoea all over social media.
1
@harry.flashman lol keep blaming others, excusing the actions of the British empire and making logical fallacies into the illusion in which you live. It's your mind you are corrupting not mine... I'd rather live in reality and not some illusion where prejudice overrides logic...
1
@stevec700 I'm just a council estate lad who grew up and learned to read...
1
@harry.flashman Enough of your excuses and lies. No one blames you or your family for anything other than ignorance of history. Talking to you is like trying to talk a trifle into sentience...
1
@stevec700 Diolch and Bora da, take care!
