People protesting peacefully against fash-is-ermm on a day that commemorates people who fought against fash-is-ermm. To most Brits who are protesting this has nothing to do with religion and is about standing up to a brutal regime. Those counter-protesting seem to be missing the point and as usual are clashing with police, just out for a fight and easily manipulated by people like Braverman.

@thegrandmuftiofwakanda Yes the Tories have been bought off by Israeli lobbyists since 1917 and the signing of the Balfour Declaration... However, you seem blissfully unaware that the protests are in support of the Palestinian people and against the Israeli apartheid regime. Your argument is akin to tarnishing the Irish for the actions of the IRA or indeed the Loyalist paramilitaries on the other side. We can deplore terrorism and still support the fight for freedom from oppression.

@lat1419 Yes agreed, they're demonstrably civilized Neanderthals. It's conclusive evidence for Braverman's confusion, the police don't treat them differently but instead defend themselves against a group of fanatics who have been frothed into a frenzy by the Tories and polarizing media narratives.
