I'm not religious, but book burning and censorship of any kind is antithetical to human evolution and intellect. There is worth in the evolution of ideas expressed in books and they should be protected in their original wording. That goes for anything from Alice in Wonderland to the Quran.

Agreed there are so many 'real' things to be offended by like resource wars, famine, inhumane treatment of people and animals, the destruction of the planet for profit... Opinions no matter how absurd can be laughed at or logically rebutted. The censorship of language and opinions is enabled by the media and only serves to silence us all so we can swallow the bitter pills of corporate narratives with solicitous submission.
