  1. Obesity itself causes a health risk and those who are obese probably shut down their immune system by consuming too much sugar and fake food. When I was obese my diet was mass produced, nutritionless garbage - ready meals, chocolate, crisps, cake etc. I try to eat a more balanced plant based diet now.
