  1.  @ANDREWHALL28  Privatisation only came in the 80s with Thatcher and her neoliberalism. Before that all national industry was nationalised, it's the default. We now pay £93+ billion per annum in corporate welfare and subsidies to support privatisation and billions in bailouts. I'd rather have self-sufficiency and no they weren't unprofitable. The Tories did their usual defund, run down and then offer private finance as a solution...
