Considering unemployment payments are only £1.56 billion per annum while corporate tax dodging costs the taxpayer £40-120 billion per annum, while corporate welfare and subsidies cost the taxpayer over £100 billion per annum (even more after this budget), I'd say the rich are fleecing the poor's taxes to top up their offshore bank accounts...
