NHS staff have the right to strikes as does any worker. With no right to strike workers have absolutely no control over their pathetic wages...

@oufc90 I said "Has the right" governments enforcing slave labour via no-strike rules should be illegal.

@oufc90 We are signed up to the UN Convention on human rights as well as the ECHR despite Brexit, which grants the right to strike. Having the right and legally being allowed are different. I'd rather not argue semantics, you've made your point and I've made mine. If workers do not have the right to strike then it's slave labour.
