"Help people have more of their own money" By people she means the middle class and corporate elitists... Tax cuts won't help people whose wages are so low they barely pay any tax and spend a 1/4 of their income on energy... It's amazing that the Tories have an endless supply of entitled simpletons ready to give our taxes to corporations in subsidies while ignoring the increasing poverty. Keep it up and see what happens, people won't stand idly by and let their loved ones starve...

@ba_creative8240 You don't understand the economy. Over £100 billion is given to corporations in subsidies every year. We have a debt to GDP ratio of 95.8% and the Tories are responsible for creating 3/4rs of our £2.4 trillion national debt. Brexit cost us trillions in trade, admin and losses to the pound, things like our triple-A credit rating being reduced twice. We also lose between £40-120 billion from corporate tax evasion would which pay for the NHS annual budget twice over. So please don't mention research when all you offer is Tory mythology...

@ba_creative8240 Debt is taking 95.8% of our taxes, do you understand that? that money could be used to pay for infrastructure and help for those in poverty. Collecting the annual taxation that corporations fail to pay could pay for the NHS. Stopping corporate welfare could pay for real welfare for the poorest in society. Do you understand these things? We have the money to give everyone a decent life!!!

@ba_creative8240 PS when energy prices are increased by roughly 400% in a few short years and wages stagnate or increased below the rate of inflation then people have less fiscal power and those who are struggling have to make choices between food and energy bills. We have a cartel monopolising the energy market thanks to privatisation and the sale of North Sea gas and oil. This is all the Tories doing and you haven't the fiscal knowledge to back up any of your claims...

@ba_creative8240 If you can't accept reality don't take out your ignorance on me. I've provided the reasons for poverty and why the Tories aren't willing to help the poor. If you lack the wit to understand that, then that is your problem, not mine... to think you accused me of not understanding the economy and you can barely understand written words...
