  1. Taste and quality are two things not reflected in a simple poll of 48 items. While it's a good guide in general and can agree from my own experience with the findings, what we are sold isn't food. It's overprocessed with unhealthy fats, additives and full of refined sugar and salts which don't contain the natural 80+ vitamins and minerals they should contain. Buying heritage fruit, grain, nuts, berries and veg is the only way to avoid the nasty stuff...
