Hey, I know let's forgive Johnson and vote the Tories in again next time. That way they can continue to make our lives a living nightmare. After all, none of us has a backbone, we'd rather binge-watch Netflix than march on Downing Street...

@Yayo11111 I'd take a coalition run by Frank Spencer, Mr Bean and Del Boy - having said that I'm not sure that isn't what we already have.

@sarahnewton2550 Unfortunately what we are taught about life when younger is just PR. The system isn't there to benefit us, the government aren't there to benefit us. The police aren't there to benefit us. They are simply systems of conformity and control. To keep a privileged elite at the top of the pile while giving us the illusion of choice. That may not have been the intention of those who devised these systems originally, but it's how they are used now. We have global debts of around $300 trillion, 4x global GDP. This suggests Fractional Reserve Banking and FIAT currency are farcical and simply tools of a system of debt slavery. Like all things they have a lifespan, people see past the con eventually and though it may be a cliche: It's always darkest before the dawn.

@sarahnewton2550 I know how you feel, Just sit back and enjoy the show as corporate billionaires ascend to omnipotent deities in a dystopian corporatocracy while the human race, our history and achievements are gradually devoured by the rancid, festering disease known as disaster capitalism...

@sarahnewton2550 I wish an ideological shift or humanitarian renaissance was possible. But as is often said, power isn't given, only ever taken. Those with power employ vast resources to retain it. At the risk of more cliches: power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. We have dark hours ahead of us If we want to see the light of dawn.

@jackgammon4084 You live in a world that doesn't exist. Actually, that's not accurate, it exists in the media and in your head. We are run by elitist criminals who launder money for the global criminal elite via the lack of transparency on the crown, estates and overseas territories. We also help global corporations avoid tax in 3/4rs of the world, and are the leading cause of corporate tax avoidance. If you have a look at recent legislation you'll realise you've lost some human rights, freedoms and are subject to laws that don't apply to certain members of society. You have the illusion of choice and the same people own most of our media and dictate what you think and talk about through narrative control. I could explain further but I suspect you've already switched off...

@pedalman130 Starmer is almost as bad as the Tories. However, without Labour, you'd still be living in a slum, with no rights, no public transport, no legal aid, no schooling and no healthcare. A second class citizen watching your children die of curable diseases...

@jackgammon4084 lol seriously? You can't be that naive. Either way, I don't have the time, inclination or energy to correct your cognitive dissonance. Have a nice life, I hear ignorance is bliss...
