We are not a nation of accountants and are not interested in becoming data entry drudges on min wage. We aren't here to service the Tory agenda and go to school for a broad range of education not just to be trained how to do minimal tasks for low wages...

@stevec6427 Funny thing is before Rishi's plan is ever put into place we've always had those jobs filled. I learned programming and 4 number bases for maths after leaving school. Maths isn't abscent from the curriculum and advanced mathematics is available at university or in many other forms of higher education. The job market has been forced into unskilled, piecemeal jobs and moved away from apprenticeships and long term skilled personnel. This has been done to reduce wages. Your arguments are not relevant to the new proposals, just inane and obvious comments about the usefulness of maths in general. If you want to sychophantically support Rishi without reason, I'd question your sanity.
