@ozymandiasnullifidian5590 Yea, that has nothing to do with what I said. Russia and NATO/US are using Ukraine as a proxy war staging area and yes it is the fault of both sides. This is the 'not so' Cold War v2.0. I think you misread my point, my point is about UK politicians being insulated from the rising cost of living, while the rest of us have to go without food and heating to support their excesses...

Well, she is ignoring the sanctions her husband is enforcing, while profiting directly from the war in Ukraine. I'm not sure the Rolling Stones - Sympathy for the Devil tactic will work to be honest...

@ozymandiasnullifidian5590 I've already said it's the 'not so' Cold War v2.0. I've already agreed NATO and Russia are both using Ukraine as a staging ground for a proxy war. USA and China are on opposite sides of this. Nuclear proliferation has restarted and we're heading towards a global dystopian corporatocracy if we don't have a global conflict and nuclear winter first. I'm not on either side, on the side of humanity not becoming extinct.

@ozymandiasnullifidian5590 I agree in many respects. However, most global leaders are psychopathic megalomaniacs and Putin is at the top of that list. I don't blame Russia for not wanting a NATO friendly country on their border that could be used as an outpost. But I also don't think attacking Ukraine was a smart move.
