Workers produce the goods, build the houses, build the roads, transport the goods, heal the sick, repair what's broken, provide the services, work out the balance sheets, fight the wars, manage, clean and protect society. We provide the dual roles in the economy of worker/taxpayer, producer and consumer, service provider and service user. We are collateral, cannon fodder and consumers. Why do we live in poverty while the rich siphon our taxes and provide little use to society?

I've been alive 50 years and seen things get steadily worse as mainstream left ideologies are now called extreme and the media push the Overton window further to the right. anyways, take care!

@Camille_Anderson The Tories are dragging their feet on processing migrants and also shut the refugee centres, this is a managed crisis created by the Tories as they've always done since the dawn of time. They stick their hand in your back pocket and then point at migrants. Corporate subsidies cost you £330 million a day.

@Mike-rr2ni No m8, they dodge taxes and pay very little. They do not subsidize us, they push the tax burden onto us. Also, those figures are very misleading. Every year in the UK we have a rich list of the wealthiest and a top taxpayer list. Very few on the rich list of the wealthiest in the UK are on the top taxpayer list, feel free to check it yourself. We tax working income in this country, not wealth. The wealthy avoid inheritance tax, VAT, income tax (by not working) and many other forms of tax through loopholes and creative accountancy. My facts are accurate your misunderstanding is cognitive dissonance mate...

@Mike-rr2ni Shh, that's a circular argument you are talking about working wealthy who earn 150k. They are nowhere near the wealthiest people in Britain and they are not the corporate tax dodgers of whom I spoke. Neither have you mentioned loopholes, tax breaks, subsidies, tax relief, creative accounting or the lack of transparency on the crown dependencies and overseas territories which is responsible for a large part of global tax fraud. I'm not going to go around in circles with someone who lacks reason. I have better things to do. Go sealion someone else, I'm bored of wasting my life correcting the same misconceptions on a daily basis.

@pseudonayme7717 We are a parliamentary democracy under a constitutional monarchy. So you are partly right, we don't have it much better than we did under feudalism. Having a Royal Family is like owning a really expensive breed of dog that only eats gold, can't do any tricks, has an expensive medical condition due to inbreeding, barks and growls at you when you approach and then shits all over your house and lives for centuries...
