  1. What has Britain done to become so lucky with our leadership? First, it was Cameron, then May then we got Johnson. Now we got Sunak and Truss fighting over who's going to replace Johnson if they can manage to drag his sweaty carcass out of no10... Such talent in one country, I bet every civilized country on the globe is envious of our intelligent, caring, philanthropic leadership...

Labour nationalised the BoE in 1946 as well as nationalising the steel, coal, iron, transport, energy etc. All of which were later sold off/privatized by the Tories. Thatcher brought in privatisation in the 80s, before that we didn't have to pay corporations over 100 billion per annum in subsidies and corporate welfare. Blair got rid of clause 4 which was the socialist base of the Labour ideology, which is when I left Labour! We are 46% renewables despite the Tories cutting investment in renewable energy. Fossil fuels are pointless and take millions of years to create. They aren't going to last so keeping them in the ground gives us an advantage in the case of war. PFIs were created by John Major he used them in Scotland, Blair wasn't a leftie, he was a centrist infiltrator. Despite agreeing with you that Blair shouldn't have used PFIs the Tory government expanded them beyond the 5% cap set by Labour. Then the Tories brought out another round of PFIs called PFI2... Like I said your revisions of history are from right-whinge stink-tanks...

Thatcher reduced industry to purge the left and Unions of power in a Pinochet-inspired attack while putting our eggs in the London fiscal basket. Since then the Tories have turned us into a global hub for laundering the criminal elite's cash for them. Land of dopes and Tories.
