@redemrys5342 It wasn't the peasant's revolt though was it. That's what we need. Politics is broken, democracy an illusion with corporate and state lobbyists usurping democratic power, the media controls the narrative and without tearing all that down you're just pssing in the wind... The right just steamrollers the left while the media push the Overton window further right. All the things gained by the Chartists, Peasant's Revolt, Rebbeca Rioters, Scotch Cattle, Suffragettes, Anti-Slavery Society and the Attlee government are being rolled back while for every step forward we make the right take three...

@redemrys5342 The Chartists didn't revolt but believed in using political pressure to enforce change. That's not possible in such a corrupt system. Wat Tyler is what's needed...

@michaelathanasiou2030 Us poor people don't inherit much and I'm in favour of taxing inheritance. The rich get around it while the poor still have to pay, as with most taxes.
