Some people can't admit that they just need a daddy, a master, a lord, an employer, or an authoritarian in their lives; to tell them what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. These incapable people aren't smart enough to be equal contributors within workplace settings. Some people won't admit that they just want to be the daddy, the master, the lord, the employer, or the authoritarian in other people's lives; to tell others what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. These exploitative people aren't trustworthy enough to be equitable contributors within workplace settings. Authoritarian followers, who think that their time and skills are any more or less valuable than those of other human beings, are the weakest link. Authoritarians rulers, who think that they are worthy of a better quality of life than any other human being, are the lowest common denominator. The subservient-slaves, who promulgate, promote, and prop-up authoritarian-masters, are just as problematic as the authoritarians. Any effort, in word or action, to break up their inequitable, hierarchical relationship will indeed cause them to be hurt. Just like the breaking up of the relationship between an addict and a dealer.
