So with that out of the way, let me try to educate you, briefly. In the realm of public-speaking, there are different formats, techniques, and/or approaches to making presentations to an audience. One of those is as follows: Step 1. Tell the audience a basic-version of the things you're going to tell them. Step 2. Tell the audience an expanded-version of the things you want to tell them. Step 3. Tell the audience a brief-recap of the things you've told them. More succinctly, this mode of presentation can be explained as: 1. Tell them what you're going to tell them. 2. Tell them. 3. Tell them what you've told them. This mode of presentation involves repeating the parts that the presenter believes are the most important parts. Now, I'm not positive that John is following that mode of presentation, but it would explain the repetition you're referring to. In closing: I never expected to write a comment in defense of John -- in fact, quite the opposite. I usually comment on most of John's videos, calling him a RWer and explaining to him how he has voted to allow the horrible RW-authoritarianism that he complains about in his videos. But here we are, and here is my "defense" of John, beyond that which I already wrote above the closing: A. John uses his channel to expose RW-corruption more effectively than some LW-channels (even if John isn't willing, or smart enough to comprehend, that he's exposing RW-corruption). B. The RW-corruption that John exposes is better than the wealthy-RWers in the MSM. C. If you don't like it, no one is forcing you to watch the things you don't like (yet).

But I still don't, ever again, want to put my safety, let alone my life, into the hands and under the judgement of anyone who uses those medications with any kind of regularity. I've had too many bad experiences with people who have been prescribed those medications. I don't WANT to be around them, and I don't HAVE to be around them, so I'll stay as safe as I can in my own way. Thanks, again, though, for your informative reply.

In this case: [1]the working-class citizens voted for the candidates/politicians who enable the working-class cops to act this way; [2]those politicians don't vote for laws to stop the cops from treating the working-class citizens this way; [3]those same citizens vote for, and politicians nominate & confirm, the judges side with the cops who act this way. The politicians of both parties, and the judges who are nominated and confirmed by the politicians of both parties, are all bought, owned, bribed, & controlled by the rich people who own corporations. And the cops are their paramilitary force who act that way. Those rich people don't want us selling things on our front lawns -- those rich people want to be the only sellers. So those rich people fund the campaigns of the candidates who will allow the paramilitary-cops to act that way. And many citizens don't want their neighbors selling things in their own front yards. So those citizens vote for politicians who will allow paramilitary-cops to act that way. And, in some cases, like the case in this video, when a citizen sees their neighbor selling things in their own front yard, they will call the paramilitary-cops in hopes that they will show up and act the way they did in this video. But that doesn't change the statement that the people have voted for this. Both Rs & Ds, from the Legislative & Judicial Branches, from BOTH parties, have enabled the Executive Branch cops to act this way, and the people keep voting for the Rs & the Ds. The people who take ambien or percocet, especially with any kind of regularity, are less reliable than the people who don't. So, I do not want to be a passenger in the vehicle of anyone who takes ambien or percocet, and they shouldn't be allowed in positions that could endanger the lives of people who don't. Furthermore, I've had enough experience around those people, and, not only do I not want to be a passenger in the vehicles of people who take ambien or percocet, I don't want to be around them anymore -- not at work, not at home, and not at the grocery store -- period. I don't want to be around them, I shouldn't have to be around them, and there shouldn't be a law that forces me to be around them. But there should absolutely be laws to protect the people who don't take those medications from the people who do take those medications. And, as I mentioned before, I don't want their lives to be ruined just because they take those medications. But there is plenty of work for them to do which doesn't put them in positions to endanger the lives of people who don't take those medications. Do I know how many people take medication everyday? (1)No, I don't know exactly how many. (2)I don't care how many. (3)I know it's too many. But none of that was ever my point, so your question is moot.
