@Theonewhowonders92 Hey, if you know & understand the Powell Memo, and the plan to legalize corruption to gain power, then you would also benefit from knowing about the SCOTUS decisions in the following cases:
(1)Buckley v. Valeo[1976]
and
(2)First National Bank Of Boston v. Bellotti[1978].
Those cases were precursors to the cases of:
(3)Citizens United v. FEC[2010]
and
(4)McCutcheon v. FEC[2014].
The SCOTUS enshrined the legalization of corruption & inequality into law, but they did so under the guise & cover of The Constitution, while claiming to support the incorruptibility & equality that The Constitution is supposed to represent.
The SCOTUS Justices in those four cases committed four GIANT bait&switch frauds on the working-class people in the US, and they did it on behalf of the wealthy-class people in the US.
All of the decisions in those cases gave disproportionately unequal benefits to the wealthy-class, to the disproportionately unequal detriment of the working-class.
I hope that makes sense the way I wrote it out. I'll do a brief recap.
(1)The Powell Memo was, as you put it, "the plan to legalize corruption to gain power".
(2)The decisions in those cases are what the SCOTUS Justices did to "legalize corruption." The SCOTUS rulings in those cases were the manifestations of the plan.
I don't need a lengthy reply, but a confirmation that you saw this would be appreciated.
Be well. :)
