@jimziemer474 I think employers forget that employees are customers too. If you don't treat them the way they wanted to be treated, within reasonable circumstances, then they're leaving you! #OkBoomer

@SomeDude998 I got burned out working round the clock on two web development projects AT HOME. Thankfully that was temporary, but I got a nice fat paycheck from that. Man, some people can get so envious when we achieve our dreams to work from home

@marcus4554 OK BOOMER

@marcus4554 My employer gave me the opportunity to transition from full time to freelance work, while being able to get my own clients. Yeah, working from home is the best! Sure beats having to waste my time getting ready for work, driving in horrible traffic, wasting expensive gas. Get to spend more time with the family!

Only in America are there so many conspiracy nut jobs.

I'll see your "work from home" and raise you a "no more meetings"! For God's sakes, we have Slack, ClickUp, Skype, Zoom, even the disgusting Microsoft Teams. We have the tech to message each other in real time! This is how software developers like me have done work for the past 2 decades, we should be doing this all across the board and stop going to pointless meetings that waste time. The only time software devs meet is maybe 10 minutes in the morning or afternoon to do Stand-Ups to see where we are at, but not all companies do that. A good project manager will instead communicate this through Slack and/or a good project management board

Or why not just have a conversation on Slack or Microsoft Teams!? Stop pointless meetings

Ok Extrovert. The world is run by a bunch of savage extroverts and it's time the introverts take their place. Enjoy wasting more gas while I spend my would-have-been gas money on something nice!

Agreed! Here in the RGV (south Texas), we always have some of the lowest gas prices in the country and we are now bordering on $3/gallon
