  2. I was wondering if olive and avocado oils are classified as vegetable oils. Should I switch to bacon fat and rendered beef fat for cooking on the stove top? EDIT: 15:48 suggests coconut oil or butter. The Indian mart near me has ghee and coconutoil. I will give them a try.

  3.  @marvinturchinetz1955  i tried ghee twice. Didn't like it. Coconut oil is ok, but no flavor. Bacon grease in my favorite 😋
